McDonald’s Uk had the ambition to grow and develop their ‘always on’ social content. Their main aim was to produce social content that could live alongside campaign work, but could also work in-silo. The account was an opportunity for McDonald’s to build brand love by leaning into both brand and culture insights, remaining part of the conversation and being reactive.
