Imagine a mobile healthcare check-in service that brings essential care and referrals directly to your doorstep. That's exactly what the MECC Bus aims to do, serving residents in Kent, Medway, and surrounding areas. It's convenient, it's accessible, and it's changing lives.

But there's a catch - reaching the younger audience. Many misconceptions around vaccines make it challenging to ensure they receive the necessary protection against COVID-19. Our client recognized this hurdle and sought to create relatable content that would engage and inform young people about the benefits of vaccination.

Enter TikTok, the perfect platform for capturing their attention. We set out to produce a social media compatible video/image that would not only raise awareness about the importance of vaccination but also highlight the convenience of the MECC Bus. That means no more multiple appointments and long waits for essential services.
To bring our client's message to life, we introduced 'Trisha' - a young woman experiencing the ease and efficiency of receiving her vaccination and other healthcare check-ups on the MECC Bus. In a personable 16:9 video, we showcased just how simple and convenient it can be.
And the results spoke for themselves. Our video garnered high impressions and clicks, spreading the word about the MECC Bus and its services far and wide. Vaccine ambassadors reported a significant increase in young people taking advantage of the campaign and stopping by for their routine check-ups. But it didn't stop there - the MECC Bus also became a hit among elderly residents who had struggled with traditional appointment bookings that disrupted their daily routines.
