My graduate collection is inspired by family relics; the photo albums, books and documents from my grandparent’s house particularly my grandfather’s tools. These nostalgic objects create a powerful visual focus for my work which includes elements of typography, vintage design and mechanical shapes.
I have used both drawing and printing to investigate the lines, shapes and colours found in my research and I have developed these experiments into my final designs for contemporary interior products.
