We’ve all been there. That moment where you might be feeling a little lonely or isolated, especially in a post lockdown world. 1 in 4 adults feel lonely some or all of the time and the longer we feel lonely the more we’re at risk of mental health problems. But there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Our wonderful team share some great ways to support yourself, loved ones or colleagues struggling with their mental health.
