I'm an italian Videographer based in London. I'm very passionate about Cinematography, Photography and Motion Graphic. My main works are about interviews, corporate videos and events. I love sports, watching movies, reading (crime, tough and rough stories), listening to music and I haven't a favourite kind of music: I like classic but techno as well!

  I can't breathLittle teaser of a personal project that is still a work-in-progress. The topic is racism. This is just the first part of a bigger picture. The power of the footage together with a dark audio, help the viewer to understand the depth of feelings which play around this them.

• LGBTQIA+ History MonthThis year’s theme for LGBT+ History Month is ‘The Arc is long.’ “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice.” – Martin Luther King This year’s theme allows us to reflect on the idea that although it’s taking a long time, we are moving towards social justice and fairness for LGBTQIA people. There’s still a lot of work to be done in terms of positive trans (including non-binary) representation and inclusion.

Responsible for planning, executing and supervising the creation of video and photo content to be used across multiple channels and platforms. Managing and supporting team workload to delegate tasks effectively by the agreed deadlines. Building relationships and working collaboratively with other in-house departments (Marketing, Product, Sales, People HR) and other senior stakeholders. Lead daily standup with creative teams (graphic and iDev) to ensure that tasks are running at pace and on time. Work closely with the Marketing and Data team to feed into the relevant content & creative strategies through testing and learning in order to increase performance of Avado's social media channels. Regular liaison with the Head of Studio to implement new strategies. In charge of the video and photo production: Pre-production: working with stakeholders, copy writers and graphice designers to define the assets needed. Locations scouting if needed Scheduling shoots Equipment setup Directine and filming Editing and Post-Production Attendance and engagement at company organised Learning and Development sessions. Creating workshop sessions for the team to either improve existing skills and/or develop new ones.
