This was a huge project which I worked on over the course of six months. The initial main menu design came from an external agency and which I used as a guide for the other menus and POS items, adding live content and making the design work across the board. The collateral was to appear in 37 different restaurants, each with its own price banding and targeted POS. I worked closely with the F&B team over the course of the project and forged strong and lasting relationships.
