METAL Magazine Online Content

As the Head of Online for Metal Magazine between May 2015 and October 2016, I created an online discourse that was coherent with the printed magazine, while also taking advantage of the unique opportunities offered by the online medium. This project was done under the guidance and management of Yolanda Muelas and Poncho Paradela, editor-in-chief and founders of the magazine.
Between two and five pieces were updated daily, both in Spanish and English. Interviews were a main priority, combined with festival reviews, videos, city guides or short features. Topics ranged from fashion to food, music, art or film.
With the launch of the new website in 2016, we also started to publish online fashion editorials. As Head of Online and together with Poncho Paradela, I both selected submissions and directed commissioned projects from start to finish, supervising on the team, casting, location, and final curation of pictures. We featured the work of extremely talented people, such as Maxime Imbert, Ammy Drammeh, Arianna Lago, Annabelle Juout, or Hedvig Jenning among many others. Balenciaga, Chanel, Vetements, Dior, Camper, Loewe, JW Anderson or Gucci were some of the brands we included in our editorials on a regular basis.
