Re-branding project for a fine art logistics provider Momart Ltd. Momart has been operating on the fine art handling market since 1972 and at that time managed to built their position mainly through word of mouth and referrals. Due to increasing competition, Momart recognised the need for adopting a more proactive marketing approach and hired me as their marketing manager to help with developing and leading their marketing strategy.

As a first step, I have set on a branding exercise to define a refreshed visual identity, which reflected the company’s ethos, and allowed the marketing team to acquire visual tools for executing the marketing strategy across different channels and media.

My role included project managing the entire re-branding process starting from the design agency pitch and selection, through the discovery sessions with key team members, through to stakeholders approvals of the chosen design and final implementation and adoption of the new brand identity across the business.
