In my role as Marketing Manager I am accountable for developing and executing a strategic integrated marketing programme to expand on Momart’s reputation as the market leader in fine art logistics and to ensure high client acquisition and retention levels. Key highlights: • Managed the company's re-branding project from agency selection through to stakeholder approvals and full brand implementation across the business • Project managed the development and launch of the new website • Led two multi-channel content marketing campaigns executed in partnership with a major trade news provider • Project managed the Momart Christmas Card programme, an annual limited edition designed by high-profile British artists. Paul McKenna Training Ltd was a training and events company, set up by the British celebrity hypnotist, television broadcaster and author of self-help books Paul McKenna. The company was specialised in organising and selling NLP and self-development programmes for the UK and European market. Company closed down their UK operations in 2008. In my role as Sales Executive I was tasked with direct sales of B2C events to individuals – responsibilities included delivering high standards of customer service and building relationships with prospect and returning clients. Key highlights: • Achieved 500 delegates per event four times per year • Provided ongoing feedback to Head of Marketing to help maximise lead generation through various media including TV shows, newspaper articles and print advertising
Polontex is one of the largest textile producers in Poland with production ranging from decorative fabrics like curtains, table clothes and voiles through to apparel materials for suits and jackets. In my role as Sales and Marketing manager I was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of launching a mail order department and online store. Accountable for acquiring new suppliers and sales partners, production of sales catalogues, development of online store website, and online and print marketing campaigns. Direct line management of 8 staff members: 3 office staff and 5 warehouse staff. Key highlights: • Developed and coordinated first major promotional and advertising campaign • Facilitated the design of the new branding and website development • Identified the need and successfully launched a new mail order tracking system
