To celebrate the past, the present and the future of Molteni and their 80th anniversary exhibition, Arabeschi di Latte has created a specially designed culinary intervention inside the space of the GAM, where guests will have the opportunity to observe and experiences the time passing thanks to continuous and intermittent processes: bubbling pots, fermenting jars, dried and fresh herbs, smoked treats, dried fish and meets, burnt cakes, preserves, pickled and candied fruit and vegetables, potted seeds, sprouts…
