The charity Motivation came to my university (University of the West of England) who specialise in getting wheelchairs to people in the developing countries. They asked us to create a new system for taken accurate measuremnets on children with cerebral paulsey to give them the correct support where they need it.
For this project I was working in a group of five and as a group we came up with the concept that was MotiCapture. With four indepent arms that could move up and down the aluminium extrusion and from side to side, along with the ratchet hands that have five different setting, you can position the children correctly and easily.
