Mountain Lodge

Mountain Lodge is a boutique ski hotel in the Swiss Alps. The brief was to design and build a new website but the project led into updating and strengthening the brand’s identity and other assets whilst designing the new site. This project was completed whilst working for Launch Studio. Mountain Lodge had an existing logo but not a coherent brand. During the design process, I introduced new graphic devices and a traditional serif typeface, Le Monde, to elevate their brand and create the luxury aesthetic required. This allowed for more typographic options when designing the site. The site was built using Squarespace with additional CSS and JavaScript. As part of the project, existing brand assets were redesigned to fit the new direction that the website took, building on the existing brand.
