Sweet bird of youth SS21 @mr.albarella Through these images, I want to transform the “heterosexual male cowboy into an object of homoerotic desire, characturing the masculine physique through playful use of fabrics, cut and print, which contrast the frivolity of youth and Americana with the heteronormative ideaology of what we think is deemed masculine. This collection in part becomes a commentary on toxic masculinity.
