My Little Village

Is a personal project aimed to change the idea of how Westerners view Africans in the media. I chose to take a different approach in narrating the subject stories and representing them in a dignified way, highlighting their strength rather than classifying them as victims. These series was taken in Imo State Eastern Nigeria in my Grandmother's village. I thought it was very important to do this project and hopefully, start a conversation on how to be considerate towards the subjects. Ongoing Project.
