Adaeze is an African Italian who has a Graphic Design and Visual Communication background. She moved to London four years ago and she graduated from Ravensbourne University. Her Photography are mostly based on human emotions.         • Whilst working as Admin Assistant I was the first point of contact for any in-bound customer enquiries. I was to also provide general support to visitors whilst acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients. I would liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants on a day to day basis to handle requests and queries from senior managers. A few of my key duties included: - Answering incoming phone calls, organise and schedule appointments and plan meetings whilst taking detailed minutes. - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. - Book travel arrangements. - Submit and reconcile expense reports. - Provide general support to visitors.
