My Name's Macbeth

In My Name’s Macbeth, Shakespeare’s Macbeth is re-focussed as past, present and hallucination intercut and merge. The degeneration of Macbeth’s mind, caused by his traumatic experience in combat, is foregrounded as the strands of Shakespeare’s play are brought into conflict with each other and themselves.

The feature script for the film was represented at this year's Marché du Film at the Cannes Film Festival.
