Whilst on the Editorial team on Adjust Your Set I was Editor and Content Creative on Nando’s first youth culture publishing platform: Aweh. Nando's tasked AYS to help them on their mission to become a youth culture brand in divided times. So we gave the UK's most exciting, creative changemakers a platform to discuss something meaningful to them with one purpose: inspire Nando's young audience into action. You can read the magazine here. Whether that's getting Amelia Dimoldenberg of Chicken Shop Date to write a hypothetical DM to Theresa May, or finding out where it all began for the boys from People Just Do Nothing and convincing them to publish an original, unseen script. Aweh gained Nando’s (salted caramel) brownie points with important advocates, whilst providing a solid foundation and the editorial tone for many more youth culture activations for the brand.
