National Opera Studio Singers' auditions for the 2019-20 Young Artist Programme

I worked with the Communications team to advertise the auditions, revise the FAQs and create the application forms. I created and managed the schedule, was the point of contact for all artists and external application management system, organised unusual repertoire, booked and was the first point of contact for the accompanists, managed the auditions intern and auditions runner and was on hand to assist the panel with their requirements. I did this for both singers' and repetiteurs' auditions. In the months following the auditions, I complied important statistics created through the applicant's application forms and created a PowerPoint document to share my findings with the Board of Trustees. All personal details remained anonymous. I also met with the Senior Management Team to reflect the system and processes used and decide on changes for the upcoming year to improve the auditions experience for all.
