National Opera Studio Young Artists' Programme Auditions 2021-22

I worked with the Communications team to advertise the auditions, revise the FAQs and create the application forms (this year, working with the application organisation to get a drop-down list of all countries). Throughout the auditions period, I managed enquiries from the applicants and keep them updated with the changing Covid-19 restrictions and how that would affect their auditions. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this year's auditions took place online. This required organising the applications and the First Round pre-recorded audition videos for the panel to view online, communicating the results via email. I was also in charge of scheduling the Second Round Zoom auditions, interviews, getting all of the relevant paperwork to the panel and arranging meetings for further discussion. The payment system also changed this year. This required the payments to be managed in-house which I oversaw. I did this for both the singers' and repetiteurs' auditions.
