Natural Dyes Workshop

A workshop that ran alongside HERBARIUM, an exhibition between The Plant Room and University of Leeds in response to the work of field botanist Ida. M Roper (1865-1935). In this workshop I taught how to extract colour from plants and flowers working in a variety of techniques. Bundle dyes and small swatches of colour were created with seasonal ingredients.
