NBC Universal approached me to shoot the cast portraits for thier new Arthur C. Clarke miniseries "Childhood's End" for the SYFI Channel. The series stars Mike Vogel, Julian MchMahon, Daisy Betts & Charles Dance who most would know from Game Of Thrones. I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity. The set design I came up with to shoot the talent against was heavily influenced by Arthur C. Clarke's "2001: A Space Odyssey". I drew inspiration from the monoliths which are a massive feature of the film and NBC built the set based around my sectioned pillars concept.
