Neilson Holidays were looking for a way to drive summer 2017 bookings during a busy turn of the year period and the challenge was to target existing customers to increase retention. As part of a multi channel campaign we created a holiday quiz to find out what customers love to do on their holidays and establish what type of holiday goer they are.
The quiz would then show them their perfect type of Neilson Holiday, recommending specific resort and booking options in their personalised results page. I lead this project from start to finish, working closely with several departments and freelance developers to ensure a great end result.
