ÓWÀMBÈ is a docu-fiction film looking behind the sounds, tastes, and traditions of ÓWÀMBÈ in Britain – the life and soul of Nigerian party culture and community – throughout the 90s and early 2000s. Produced as part of the Netflix Documentary Talent Fund, and directed by Tobi Kyeremateng. I came on board as Assistant Producer, conducting the pre and shoot interviews with the cast, as well as shaping the narrative and script with the director.
