New digital service for diplomats

I was the UX Design Lead (contract with IBM iX) at Foreign and Commonwealth Office, leading user research and design for a new digital service for diplomats and back office staff. Activities including interpreting user journey and business processes into screens on Sketch and Invision, running user research and data analysis. GDS standard and the service manual became my best friends.
