New England Nature

  • Ayslin Sherry

This project is inspired by my recent trip to the United States of America. On my visit, I spent time in the city of Boston Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire. I found myself amazed by the landscapes and sceneries, particularly the frozen waterfalls, icicles and rivers. I have practiced a variety of technical processes in my project such as mimaki printing, Irish machine embroidery, hand embroidery, pleat smoking and hand embellishment. This collection is titled ‘New England Nature’ and caters for womenswear A/W accessories.
