Organise and manage logistics film crew for European film tour (Austria, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Spain).
As the Project Manager I was responsible for the budget, all travel and accommodation logistics. Snowboarding events rely on weather conditions and thus a European film tour can easily run over budget. Despite cancellations, changes and adaptations the film was finished incorporating the full brief, within time and on budget.
