I have a proven track record in delivering prestigious events and campaigns in the UK and internationally. For the past 10 years I have worked as a freelance Senior Event Producer for BMX, snowboard and skateboard events with and on behalf of high-profile clients such as Nike, Motorola, HTC, Sprite (Coca Cola), Factory Media, Prime&Fire, Burton Snowboards and Selfridges.
Key responsibilities include:
•Forecast and manage global and local event budgets
•Write and manage time lines, workflow and task lists
•Go-to/trouble-shooter person for client (and all corporate departments), production crew, global athletes’ team managers, PR agencies, designers, architects and site build contractors
•Hire, train and manage on-site event staff/build crew/catering/security
•Handle documentation such as insurances, health and safety, risk assessments, first aid certificates, DBS (CRB) checks, emergency procedures, disclaimers and event/parks rules and regulations and liaise with legal departments
•European tour logistics (international travel, accommodation and all necessary legal requirements)
•Write post event-debriefs and reports
•Compile creative needs list and brief graphic designers
•Work across complex/multi organisation structures
•Liaise with PR departments; create background info, Q&A, copy, visuals and direct requests

- NIKE BMX TUNNELJAMOrganise a ‘top secret’ global BMX competition in a disused railway tunnel. As the Project Manager I was the go-to person for client, build, athletes’ team managers and event staff. I was responsible for overseeing site build to client’s legal and health and safety requirements. I also managed budget, time lines, staff, travel and accommodation arrangements for client, staff, media and international athletes (150 people from across the world). - NIKE COURTCLUBProject manage the build of the Nike Courtclub at Tanner Street Park in Bermondsey, London. For the duration of Wimbledon 2015 an urban tennis court in Bermondsey was refurbished with new, bold statement colours, branding and a temporary retail space and changing rooms were installed to create the Nike Courtclub. The site played host to tennis coaching and demonstrations by top international players including Serena Williams and Roger Federer. As the Project Director I was the go-to person for client and contractors and responsible for managing the build and de-rig (including day to day site management) and budget. - NIKE CHOMP OLLIE TOURProject manage a European skateboard tour involving the launch of the Koston 2 shoe which took Nike to the road in the Chomp Ollie pizza truck. It visited 16 skate spots across Europe, serving pizza from a customised UPS van (which was imported from the US and customised). As the Project Manager I was responsible for budget, importing and customising the truck, briefing staff and organising all travel and accommodation arrangements and documentation (insurance, health and safety, risk assessme
- NIKE CHOSEN SERIESOrganise and manage logistics film crew for European film tour (Austria, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Spain). As the Project Manager I was responsible for the budget, all travel and accommodation logistics. Snowboarding events rely on weather conditions and thus a European film tour can easily run over budget. Despite cancellations, changes and adaptations the film was finished incorporating the full brief, within time and on budget. Main client: Urb-Orbis Other: Nike Europe and local Nike offices
- HTC ONE SKATEPARKProject manage the build, day to day running and de-rig of a 1,703 square metres temporary skatepark A challenging project with a timeline of just 25 days to build London’s biggest indoor skatepark in the unusual and difficult environment of the Old Selfridges Hotel. The end result was a very successful skatepark, used by 4,500 skateboarders and visited by over 10,000 people in just under 4 weeks. The skatepark received lots of praise and press coverage all over the world. As the Project Director I was responsible for the budget, build (and de-rig) of the skatepark within a derelict hotel, hiring, training and overseeing staff, managing the day to day running as well as all events during the 24 days of opening of the skatepark. - NIKE EPIC TRAINING EVENTProject manage the build of an Epic Training gym environment in the Old Billingsgate market, London and manage the event activation on the day. A logistical challenge to transform a corporate event space within 24 hours into a jaw¬-dropping gymnasium space and host a 6-hour epic training journey for 60 carefully selected athletes, 3 top professional athletes and 4 of the world’s most iconic trainers, all with high expectations. As the Project Director I was responsible for managing all logistics of the build and de-rig and the smooth running of the event on the day.
