This project returns to tradition, decreases consumption of electric energy and saves food nutrition.
Through the research into the current situation of food preservation, I’ve learned that we hand over the responsibility of taking care of food to the technology, the refrigerator. We don’t observe the food any more and we don’t understand how to treat it. Groceries that we consume every day, we put in a box and move out off the sight.
Solution is kitchen element that can be implemented in any existing kitchen. Element has clay pots that preserve food just like a fridge but with no electricity.
