Nordic Yulefest

Sell-out experience across three Christmases, bringing luxury brands including Finlandia Vodka, and Kettle One to the fore. A passion project celebrating the gothic charisma of Christmas from the mind of Meredith O’Shaughnessy and forerunner of hygge-hype, Yulefest set the standard for the grown-up festive fayre.

Sometimes passion leads us astray (in the best possible way). Yulefest was born from the imagination of Meredith O’Shaughnessy – the Christmas-party connoisseur.
Recognising a Santa-shaped gap for Christmas parties with a suitably grown-up twist, Meredith established Nordic Yulefest. Part passion-project, part brand activation, Meredith attracted luxury brands Finlandia Vodka followed by Kettle One vodka to support this magical, sell out event.
Nordic Yulefest celebrates the ethereal nature of Christmas, guests were treated to entertainment such as ballet dancers, Tomte Host (Santa Claus to you and me), aerialists, nightly DJ’s, and a Scandi-disco, while 100 year old taxidermy bears decorated photo booths.
Meredith Collective transformed a derelict railway arch into a Nordic forest with food and drink taking center stage. Each event features a five course Scandinavian feast and specially curated cocktails, with the whole experince being enhanced by the incredible décor.
