Odyssey Luxury

The brief: Create a brand for a hotel chain named Odyssey. The chain specialises in luxury resorts in exotic, adventurous locations. Our key audience is young professionals and retired couples.

The solution: The logo for this brand is based on an Arctic Tern, the bird with the longest migration pattern on the planet. This species represents the faraway locations on offer, with the rising and spreading of wings reflecting the freedom of the Odyssey experience.

Multiple subsidiary brands were created for the hotels, to prevent the main logo from appearing too often and give the hotel's focused services their own unique personalities. The bar is named Oasis, as the Odyssey hotel acts as an oasis of modern living in a world of natural wilderness. The spa is named Mirage, because of the unbelievable levels of rest and relaxation at access. Aero Transport transports the customers from the hotels to the surrounding locations, as well as operating safari's and tours. In its simplest form, Aero employs a name and brand alteration to represent speed and grace.
