About Experts in the modern workplace, Oktra help their customers craft their perfect office. From initial consultations and planning, through to design and construction; they provide their clients with a truly end-to-end experience.
Process Following a move to a vibrant space in Holborn, Oktra wanted a rebrand that expressed their core values and aspirations for the future.
After interviewing members from each client-facing department, I developed a process chart that used the individuals' words to describe what they do in the most simple terms possible. This provides the client with a jargon-free and easy to understand explanation of their project road map.
Speaking to a range of their clients, I found that the project costs actually ranked rather low down on their priorities. The internal project leaders desired high value, high performing workspaces where employees were excited about arriving into the office.
Result Working with the marketing team, we created the branding message, "the art and science of workplace" Simple and direct, it encapsulates exactly what Oktra aim to create on every project. This has shaped all external comms, from the voice of the 'trusted advisor' in tweets to informed subject matters in blog articles.
