On The Cover of a Magazine

There is nothing quite like getting your photo on the cover of a magazine. I have shot fashion, portraits, reportage and group shots for the Guardian Weekend, Observer Life and several travel and music magazines. It requires a bold image with a strong narrative leading into the story and space for text. Working with the legendary Wayne Ford and Mark Porter meant the images always looked amazing. I was given the freedom to tell the story as I saw it with humour, colour and female power, which at the time of Loaded and ‘the rest’ was what mattered most to me, and it still does.
