Inspired by the 'waste not, want not' movement, this self-directed project had the aim to create a fun and colourful look & feel for the packaging design of an imaginary brand of juices called 'One of a Kind'. The key concept behind the brand is that it uses wonky fruit and veggies to avoid these being wasted. The idea for the character art came mostly from the amazing shapes that wonky fruit and vegetables innately have. This is a personal project created as an entry for the World Illustration Awards, organised by the Association of Illustrators.
