Project in partnership with Jacob Delafon bathroom company on the concept of universal bathroom.

Optical Flexibility is an experimental project which propose to reconsider the shower space from short-sighted people point of view to propose a new comfort for all.

It overtakes, covers, and ripples over the cold, hard and slippery tiling, preventing daily avoidable injuries. No more slip. In the event of someone slipping, the strike of the fall would be lessened by the flexibility of the PVC. It bring warmth, buoyancy and security. Even if the surface is tinted with a dark blue, the inside on the other hand, remains its original white. Thanks to this, near-sighted users as well people who enjoy using touch for mobility, will be guided by a mix of visual contrasts and uneven surfaces towards the points of function. The functional tiles warp, stretch and fold, bringing into play new nuances, fills and gaps, a variation of colors and textures.

The proposed product is a 9 injected and printed PCV tiles assortment which enable the user to compose its own shower space judging by his needs.
