Oré mi is an independent wellbeing brand founded in 2019. Creating handmade lifestyle products with luxurious, lasting scents. Each one is made in south London, inspired by the brand’s Nigerian heritage. The brand revolves around nostalgia, mental wellbeing and changing the narratives on black upbringings - by highlighting the many positive stories of founder Karen’s childhood while also showcasing Nigerian culture. A clean typographic logo and supporting icon (inspired by the last gift given to Karen by her grandmother - a traditional Nigerian wrapper) is paired with duo-tone imagery reminscent of images burned into the memory - hinting towards the nostaligic element of this brand.
