OYSTERS: Discussion Panel X Performance

Co-hosted, alongside Eléonore Dées de Stério, a historical, sociological, philosophical and metaphysical discussion panel of the Oyster. This was accompanied by a musical and theatrical performance on the theme of the 'Oster'. Everybody has a first oyster. This involves courage, overruling one's instincts, and taking a leap. Like jumping in icy water. For centuries, we have taken this leap. So what is it about oysters that is oh so endearing? This discussion panel delved into the endearing world of oysters, bijoux of the sea, tracing the history of this succulent snack, and the ways in which we have approached them as more than a snack, but an experience.
