Pack & brand architecture design for Home Society NL.

  • Annelie Fouquet

Home Society NL sells home accessories & furniture both online and increasingly through various retail outlets. The products were exhibited on shelf but packaged in non-branded boxes. The challenge was to create packaging that had a uniformly branded look, yet allowed for subcategories (seasonal ranges, generic ranges, metal ranges etc), and varying formats. It was also important to depict the content of the box using existing product photography, but still, create a mood/atmosphere. To add to that atmosphere I introduced fun names where relevant (eg. Björn the Bear) and quotes on the sides of packs. I worked on this project with The Bubble Factory Ltd. - great creative teamwork, with them rolling out the designs across the 50-100 items.
