I had the pleasure of developing the Brand Vision, Consumer Proposition, and Marketing Strategy for the Pantechnicon. "International style destination that takes visitors on a journey of inter-woven dining and shopping experiences delivered with impeccable service over 5 floors of raw warehouse interior influenced by Japanese and Nordic design." In essence, a Concept store, similar in ambition to Paris 'Collette store', or Milan's '10 Corsocomo'. The critical difference being that the Pantechnicon offer leads with F&D, and not Fashion.
This 12 - month engagement took a fledgling idea, and built it into a strong concept with clear brand values and communication objectives, alongside detailed consumer segmentation models, a multi-platform marketing plan, Partnership and 'go to market' strategy.
Scheduled for launch in the early part of 2020, I'm very excited to see what the Cubitt group manage to achieve, with such an exciting offer, in a majestical building in a (challenging) high profile part of London.
