Penguin Awards (REVIEW) 2015
After submitting my work to penguin under a vast amount of pressure and limited time. I decided I still wasnt happy with the typography, it wasn't giving me what I wanted after reviewing it a few days later. I decided that hand rendering with work well with my image and maybe make it look like it is part of the image. I decided to go with a very curly hand render to give it a sense of personality and freedom that Jeannette is feeling throughout the book. The reason for the cross on the O was to show a link with her sexuality and the church.
Although submission for penguin has passed now, i'm hoping I have pleased myself by reviewing it again.
