Tasked with creating a book cover using handmade elements, I chose to re-imagine the cover of Perfume by Patrick Suskind, a dark and visually potent tale set in 18th-century France. With the help of Benjamin Szabo Photography, smoke grenade photography provided the backdrop while the title was hand-painted with a calligraphy brush.
