Pipkin started as a superfood brand launching coconut oil and butter in 2016, and since its initial launch, it has considerably expanded its product range including goji berries, apple cider vinegar, hemp seeds and so on. Today it is a lifestyle company which helps people transform their lives by introducing easy and healthy recipes, and other useful health tips. It won Great Taste Award 2017 for its coconut butter.
In collaboration with a branding agency, I developed Pipkin’s brand identity and packaging. I saw Pipkin as a friendly, natural and vibrant superfood brand. To express this I decided to add different colours to the wordmark and the labels. To ensure clear and cohesive branding of the products, consistent layout was used for every product label design. To modernise and make the brand more appealing, I used hand-writing and san-serif fonts.
