El Corte Ingles / Madrid / FITCH Design Produce key visuals for a large format department store, informed by a contemporary palette that reflects the context of the site and its consumers to continue as the key retail destination in Madrid. My focus was to develop the atrium space - or Plaza de Castellana - as a flexible environment for retail, events, hospitality and a centre for information, due to its central location to the large footprint. Upon confirming the final visual, I had to ensure that this design language informed the remaining departments, i.e. Mens Fashion, Beauty Pop-up and The Galleria.
