Preserving: Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng Culture

A booklet that is made to investigate Hong Kong food culture - Cha Chaan Teng. The booklet studies a lot on the menu of Cha Chaan Teng restaurants, the origin of it, the visuals and every tiny aspect. The cover is specially designed base on the floor tiles in old Cha Chaan Teng. I made this booklet because I want to embrace my own culture more and at the same time tell people around the world about this special food culture in my city.
