- Barbican Typefacein the year of 2019. The theme of the typeface is Barbican. Barbican Centre is a performing arts centre in the Barbican Estate of London. The center holds classical and contemporary music concerts, theatre performances, film screenings and art exhibitions. The centre is designed by Peter Chamberlin, Geoffry Powell and Christoph Bon in a brutalist style. The Barbican looks like a city that is built in a lot of geometrical shapes and bricks. - Shawn the Ocean HeroShawn the Ocean Hero is a children book designed and illustrated by me, written by Roni Ma. The story talks about a little boy Shawn who liberates the captive sea animals. I hope the readers will take action of stop visiting marine parks after reading the book and will have more attention on the issue of sea animals in captivity.
- Preserving: Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng CultureA booklet that is made to investigate Hong Kong food culture - Cha Chaan Teng. The booklet studies a lot on the menu of Cha Chaan Teng restaurants, the origin of it, the visuals and every tiny aspect. The cover is specially designed base on the floor tiles in old Cha Chaan Teng. I made this booklet because I want to embrace my own culture more and at the same time tell people around the world about this special food culture in my city.
- Wikipedia ProjectA publication that is about the Chippewa Natural Centre in the States. The texts and information on the leaflet all come from Wikipedia. It is an interesting project because it’s my first time handling so many texts with a variety of categories and different kinds of information. - The ChipsThe Chips is a project that is set in the year of 2151. It is about an exhibition in 2151. So I was wondering what will the world look like in 2151. I think in the future human will evolve to a super computer, so basically you don’t have to ‘read’ and ‘memorize’.
