Plan event from start to finish, working closely with V&A suppliers Source and select best vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) Manage hospitality for 70 VIP guests from around the world Organise all logistics, from meeting guests at the airport to manning help desks at hotels and providing stylists for individual guests Oversee guest listings, invitations, RSVP process and table plans Communicate effectively to maintain and strengthen client relationships Prepare post-event reports
