In my spare time I volunteer as a production assistant for a music video production company called Mark and Milly Pictures, where I help to organise film shoots. Often Mark and Milly's projects have a small budget, so I've had to negotiate with people to work with us for free. I've been innovative in my approach to this task by recruiting dancers from Facebook forums and sourcing venues through networking with friends.
