Summary of Project Delivery: After developing a successful funding proposal for a national project in which I managed a £65,000 budget, the impact has been far reaching. Managing a network of 50 schools through the delivery, involving seven partner organisations, this project delivered training to over 100 staff to engage over 18,000 young people in non-traditional sport. I have been able to maximise the funding to provide in depth customer insight which will shape future bids and programmes delivered at the Youth Sport Trust.
