- Programme Delivery - Hub SchoolsSummary of Project Delivery: After developing a successful funding proposal for a national project in which I managed a £65,000 budget, the impact has been far reaching. Managing a network of 50 schools through the delivery, involving seven partner organisations, this project delivered training to over 100 staff to engage over 18,000 young people in non-traditional sport. I have been able to maximise the funding to provide in depth customer insight which will shape future bids and programmes delivered at the Youth Sport Trust.
- 'Tech in Coaching' - Training Project (Online and Physical Resource Development)Through this project I developing, wrote and disseminating innovative coaching content alongside key partners to a network of 50 schools across England, directly upskilling over 2000 young coaches in ‘Understanding Participants’ and ‘Using Tech in Coaching’.

In this role I am responsible for management of a number of national programmes totalling £150,000 in budget, targeting the development of young people within the strands of leadership, coaching, volunteering and non-traditional sport participation.
Key highlights include:
• Developing, writing and disseminating innovative coaching content alongside key partners to a network of 50 schools across England, directly upskilling over 2000 young coaches in ‘Understanding Participants’ and ‘Using Tech in Coaching’.
• Recruiting, training and deploying 200 volunteers from the UK and Europe in sport & media roles at an annual major multi-sport event.
• Developing a successful funding proposal and project managing a £65,000 budget national programme for 50 schools, involving seven partner organisations and training of over 100 staff to engage over 18,000 young people in non-traditional sport.
• Recruiting and directly managing four members of staff in delivering a series of high quality pinnacle national events.
• Promoting the broader organisational work of YST Sport Team through conference speeches and initiation meetings with multiple commercial, charity and non-profit organisations. Providing consultancy services to National Governing Bodies of sport around youth engagement, resources and training.
• Working with five partners to pilot and manage event delivery of five one-day conferences engaging over 400 young people and staff.
