Promotional Booklet Guide for Summer Students in London

  • Nia Tzvetanova

Wrote and designed marketing and FAQ materials for creative students coming to UAL's summer school (CSM campus) to increase engagement with the programme and support them on their journey. This was a project I worked on as a team of four UAL summer ambassadors.

London is a city full of excitement and opportunities, and it can be overwhelming for new students to navigate and get the most out of their experience. That's why this booklet was created - as part of my summer job as a Summer Ambassador for UAL. It is designed to serve as a comprehensive guide that introduces students to London and provides them with all the essential information they need to have a wonderful and easy experience in the city.

The booklet covers everything from useful apps to download that will help you get around the city, to important emergency numbers in case something unexpected happens. It also highlights nearby restaurants, so you can sample some of the delicious cuisines that London has to offer.

The guide is designed to be a valuable resource for the students coming to UAL's Summer School and can refer back to it whenever you need it. From tips on using public transportation to suggestions on the best places to explore like galleries, restaurants and discounts to use, this booklet has got you covered.
The challenge of the project was that each of us had a different design style and initial ideas. However, with effective communication and after setting guidelines, strategy, and compromising, we managed to collaborate effectively. This resulted in a guidebook with a cohesive design that looks like it was created by the same person. We completed this from beginning to end in four hours.
