Savills entered their in-house marketing team into the Property Marketing Awards in 2013. I was tasked to present design ideas and create the submission - this was the chosen route.
I focused on the fact that the in-house marketing team had had a change in strategies that year, and was ‘doing things differently’. I therefore designed the booklet and presentation box utilising illustrations of the ‘Savills world’ to create a contrast between Savills' usually traditional branding and awards submissions.
